Dr. Amy West Parker

Veterinarian

Dr. Parker is a Tupelo native, and she graduated from Tupelo High School in 2006. She attended Mississippi State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal and Dairy Science. She continued her education at Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine and achieved her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2013.

Her special interests are soft tissue surgery and theriogenology. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Parker was named the Young Veterinarian of the Year in Mississippi in 2016.

Dr. Parker is married to her husband, Chris, and they have a baby due in November of 2024! Their pet family includes a dog named Rooker. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and attending Mississippi State sporting events.
